System for quality assessment of fresh tomatoes
at the processing factory.
The system allows to distinguish the product not only on the total
weight of the batch but on the real quality of the tomato by determining
the physical wastes and parameters such as Brix, pH and color.
A probing - by an hydraulic sampler - on the wagon provides the sample
collecting of batch.
Then we have three operational phases:
1) Sample weight - physical difference calculation (green, rotten,
inert, non-compliant)
2) Extraction juice and analysis of Brix, pH and color
3) data entry and data processing for the consignment note
The SVP series includes a wide range of configurations,
from the simplest to the most complete and automated.
